I am twenty six years old and am a Pastry Chef. Most of my work revolves around baking and decorating, but I also do jump in when we are busy and cook as well. I enjoy both and have a big passion for cooking and creating new dishes for people. I am also a cowgirl and enjoy riding my horses and going to western horse shows. A lot of my friends call me the Cowgirl Chef and joke that one day I will come up with a way to combind the two. I am also happily engaged to a great man who does everything in his power to make me happy and spoils me with love and great friendship. He is my best friend.

I also enjoy writting and hope, to someday publish one of my books.One reason why I joined Hub, but to also teach and show people that they to can be a chef.
